Leasing Specialist (Retail)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to support our retail leasing activities. You will manage tenant inquiries, coordinate lease documentation, and help achieve occupancy targets across our portfolio of retail spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants to understand their leasing needs.
- Present suitable retail unit options and negotiate lease terms.
- Prepare memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and lease agreements.
- Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely signing of contracts.
- Follow up on payments with clients and treasury.
- Provide regular leasing progress reports to management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
- Background in retail leasing with knowledge of lease agreements and MOUs.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
