Legal Associate – Corporate Law

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join our corporate law team. You will work on a variety of commercial transactions, contracts, and dispute matters while developing your expertise in Saudi law and cross‑border issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and prepare commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs and service agreements.
• Analyze complex legal documents, propose amendments and provide practical recommendations.
• Support due‑diligence processes and assist in M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings and briefs for litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Develop work plans, allocate tasks, track billable hours and manage files using document‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and judicial precedents.
• Write articles and newsletters to enhance institutional knowledge and client communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in reputable law firms.
• Fluent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles and commercial/business law.
• Experience with corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts and litigation/arbitration.
