About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant to support our clients in developing and implementing corporate governance policies, regulations, and procedures. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering high‑quality legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop policies, regulations, and procedures aligned with organizational governance.
• Present latest governance practices to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advisory services and conduct legal analysis.
• Draft and review agreements, opinions, and reports with technical accuracy.
• Interpret legal knowledge into practical business solutions.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and conduct research using effective tools.
• Assist in proposal preparation, identify problems, and suggest creative solutions.
• Maintain all legal records and ensure solutions comply with current laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of practicing law.
• Bachelor's degree in law and a valid practice license.
• Fluent English (essential).
