Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for a leading pharmaceutical company in Riyadh. The role involves advising senior stakeholders on commercial, contractual, regulatory and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across commercial, contractual, regulatory and corporate issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Identify legal and compliance risks and deliver practical, business‑focused recommendations.
• Support senior stakeholders with guidance on business activities and decisions.
• Manage disputes, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors as needed.
• Assist with licensing, transactions and other legal projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver timely legal support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 5–8+ years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, regulatory matters and legal risk management.
• Available for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
