Legal Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to lead our legal function within a leading construction and infrastructure organization. The role involves overseeing all legal matters, especially commercial and labor disputes, and providing strategic advice to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Legal Department, supervising day‑to‑day operations.
• Handle commercial, labor and civil disputes from initiation to resolution.
• Represent the company with external law firms, government authorities and courts.
• Review, draft, negotiate and approve contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to senior management and business units.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations and corporate governance.
• Manage legal risks, external counsel and litigation matters.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting the construction industry.
• Develop legal policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare legal reports and updates for executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree or professional qualification preferred.
• Valid license to practice law highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Strong background in commercial and labor disputes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
