Legal Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to lead our legal function in Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position requires deep expertise in commercial law, a strong professional network, and the ability to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the legal department, supervising a team of two lawyers.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
• Leverage an established professional network to support business growth and legal initiatives.
• Develop legal strategies that align with the organization’s commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master’s degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of legal experience, including at least 8 years practicing in Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive experience in commercial law gained with well‑known law firms or reputable organizations.
• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience managing legal teams.
• Well‑established network of professional relationships and a strong track record of client relationship management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Preferred nationalities: Syrian, Lebanese, Tunisian, Moroccan, Jordanian, Sudanese.
