Legal Officer II

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Legal Officer II to provide trusted legal guidance across its fast‑moving airline operations. The role supports compliant, practical and commercially‑informed decision‑making in a dynamic, digitally native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated legal casework, including contracts, labor matters, regulatory issues and consumer disputes.
• Interpret internal policies and procedures, resolve legal queries and escalate complex matters when required.
• Prepare, review and edit legal and business documents to a high professional standard.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver clear advice and practical recommendations.
• Contribute to policy implementation, solutions analysis and maintain strong internal client relationships.

Required profile

• Law degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an in‑house legal team or law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research, draft contracts and interpret regulations.
• Strong judgment, clear communication and persuasive stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organisational skills and professionalism with integrity.
