About the role
Al Thakeb is looking for a motivated Legal Specialist to join its legal team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves applying legal knowledge to support the company’s operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and revise contracts, legal memoranda and official correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of legal files and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist senior counsel with case preparation and regulatory filings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Professional accreditation appropriate for the role.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical legal experience.
- Strong understanding of Saudi legal frameworks and regulations.
- Attention to detail, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
