About the role

Join The Luxury Collection as a Lifeguard and ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our premier swimming facilities. You will be responsible for monitoring swimmers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean, welcoming pool environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe swimmers and use appropriate rescue techniques when assistance is needed.
• Monitor the pool area for hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and guests in distress.
• Enforce facility rules and promote a safe, fun atmosphere.
• Provide first‑aid assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness: fold towels, wash, mop, and keep the area tidy.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, ensure professional appearance, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Inspect equipment for defects and perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and climbing as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior lifeguard experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work full‑time shifts.
• Commitment to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety standards.
