Lighting Sales Executive

About the role

Arak Lighting Solutions is seeking a motivated Lighting Sales Executive to expand its B2B footprint across Saudi Arabia. You will leverage your network within the construction and building sector to promote our architectural, commercial, and smart lighting portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with MEP contractors on major projects.
• Identify and secure specifications and supply contracts for commercial, residential, and institutional developments.
• Present and pitch core lighting, lighting control, GRMS, and automation solutions to decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and hand‑over support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project timelines to maximize opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Saudi construction or building‑supplies market.
• Established relationships with MEP contractors in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
