Linux OS System Administrator – Remote (Saudi National Only)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Linux OS System Administrator to provide 24/7 support for our enterprise RHEL environment. The role is fully remote and limited to Saudi nationals, focusing on installation, configuration, and maintenance of RHEL servers and clusters.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage RHEL 7/8/9 servers and Pacemaker clusters.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and network issues promptly.
• Implement security best practices, including firewalls, user permissions, and file‑integrity controls.
• Support SAP, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA applications running on RHEL.
• Maintain backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Manage monitoring agents (SCOM, AppDynamics) and server management tools (SCCM).
• Document configurations, procedures, and technical designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of enterprise Linux system administration experience.
• Experience supporting SAP environments on RHEL is a plus.

Required skills

• RHEL (versions 7, 8, 9) administration.
• Pacemaker clustering and RedHat HA extensions.
• Linux server installation, patching, and monitoring.
• Security configuration (firewalls, user permissions, file integrity).
• Backup and recovery operations.
• Monitoring tools: SCOM, AppDynamics.
• Server management tools: SCCM.
