Litigation Legal Counsel

About the role

Keetab is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Counsel to join its legal team in Saudi Arabia. The role will support multiple business lines on a broad spectrum of contentious disputes, including civil, commercial, administrative, labor arbitration, and other ADR proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee litigation matters such as commercial disputes, labor cases, and other contentious proceedings across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Review and analyze claims, evidence, and legal documents to support case preparation and decision‑making.
• Represent the company before courts, arbitration centres, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain a high‑quality pool of external law firms and coordinate closely with external counsel.
• Provide proactive legal advice to business teams on dispute risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internally with cross‑functional teams on dispute‑related matters.
• Monitor legal developments and update stakeholders on litigation trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia with at least 7 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi legal and judicial system.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast‑paced environment.
