Locker Room Attendant – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Locker Room Attendant to join our team in Riyadh. You will ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for facility users while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally, assign lockers, and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room, conduct regular inspections, and restock supplies.
• Ensure security of personal belongings and manage locker assignments.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and monitor equipment for malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Perform routine cleaning, light maintenance, and assist with laundry services.
• Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost‑and‑found items.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service attitude with friendly, supportive demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for managing locker assignments and records.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
