Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Security Professional to lead our hotel’s loss prevention team. In this role you will safeguard guests, employees, their belongings and all hotel assets while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and brief security officers on daily duties.
• Assign tasks and prepare duty rosters in line with the Security Manager’s instructions.
• Conduct orientation for new security staff.
• Coordinate with local police and CID when required.
• Perform daily property inspections for damage or incidents.
• Guard hotel entrances and exits and submit daily reports to the Lobby Manager.
• Monitor designated areas via closed‑circuit television (CCTV).
• Ensure fire‑exit doors remain unobstructed and fire‑safety equipment is correctly placed.
• Carry out all duties in accordance with hotel standards, legal and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Certified Security Professional with experience in hotel security or a similar field.
• Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, BHV or AED are a strong plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
