About the role

Join a leading luxury retailer in Saudi Arabia as a Brand Ambassador, representing world‑renowned perfume, skincare, and fashion brands. You will work on the shop floor, engaging customers and driving sales in a dynamic, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and monitor conversion rates.
• Promote brand initiatives, new collections, and promotional events.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Work flexible rotational shifts, including mornings and evenings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or beauty sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales targets and conversion metrics.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Availability to start immediately.
