Maintenance Foreman – Transformer Oil Processing Machines

About the role

The Maintenance Foreman will lead the upkeep of transformer oil processing and filling equipment, ensuring reliable operation of filtration, purification, vacuum, pump and compressor systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting safe, efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team, monitoring performance and safety.
• Plan, execute and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and resolve issues on oil filtration, vacuum filling, pumps and compressors.
• Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance and reduce equipment downtime.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, and prepare regular maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance activities in an industrial setting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to lead a technical team.
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of transformer oil processing and vacuum equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
