Maintenance Planner - Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is recruiting a Maintenance Planner for a prestigious opportunity in the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures the efficient operation and reliability of equipment through effective maintenance planning and scheduling, minimizes downtime and optimizes maintenance processes while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Develop detailed job plans, resource allocation and timelines.
• Ensure maintenance plans align with operational and safety standards.
• Use SAP or equivalent ERP systems for maintenance planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related diploma).
• Certification in Planning and Scheduling (CPSP or equivalent).
• Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industries preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau are an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and good communication and teamwork skills.
