Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead airport maintenance operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment and infrastructure remain in optimal condition. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff, and guaranteeing compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor weekly and monthly generator schedules and automatic transfer switches, and respond to power or water supply interruptions.
• Oversee testing and maintenance of mechanical systems such as water treatment, sewage, conveyor belts, elevators, escalators, fire‑fighting and gas detection systems.
• Ensure availability of specialized tools and testing equipment for electrical and electronic system maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections and preventive maintenance to meet approved procedures and standards.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and prepare monthly reports on consumables.
• Inspect maintenance warehouses, manage spare‑parts inventory, and assess storage conditions for critical systems.
• Determine work‑permit requirements for corrective or emergency maintenance, compile necessary documentation and coordinate with contractors and airport departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in an airport or large‑scale facility environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills for coordinating schedules, permits and inventory.
• Ability to respond promptly to operational disruptions.
