About the role
The Mall Operations Associate supports the day‑to‑day functioning of Westfield Riyadh, ensuring tenant satisfaction, compliance with company standards, and safety across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Build solid relationships with tenants and ensure adherence to Cenomi Centers standards.
- Log and resolve tenant requests and issues promptly.
- Assist tenants during shop fit‑out, handover, and evacuation processes.
- Coordinate activities with leasing, contractors, suppliers, and internal mall departments.
- Maintain common areas and conduct health & safety inspections.
- Monitor daily mall operations and perform additional tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in English.
