Manager, Account Management

About the role

The Manager, Account Management will lead sales strategy for assigned customer accounts, aligning with regional goals to grow market share, volume and revenue. You will nurture existing relationships, uncover new opportunities and partner with customers to deliver tailored solutions and consulting support.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies that support geographic and market objectives.
• Lead and manage existing customer relationships, identifying needs and growth opportunities.
• Partner with customers to design customized solutions and provide comprehensive consulting.
• Maintain pipeline management at the account level and drive achievement of sales and net‑revenue targets.
• Perform profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis to inform customer business decisions.
• Create strategies, messaging and proposals that address customer requirements.
• Support senior‑level customer relationship management and collaborate with account teams on annual business plans.
• Participate in local projects and cross‑functional initiatives to enhance account performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and managing sales strategies for medium‑sized accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Mastercard’s core products, rules and services.
• Track record of delivering insightful market and business analysis for customer accounts.
