Manager Cost & Contracts

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Manager Cost & Contracts to lead pre‑ and post‑contract activities for the design, renovation and construction of airport lounges, hotels and F&B outlets across Saudi Arabia. The role is based on‑site in the Kingdom and reports directly to the Global Project Director or Vice President MEA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents and procurement packages for new builds and renovations.
• Evaluate tenders, forecast cash‑flow and manage contract administration from award to final account.
• Perform quantity take‑offs, variation assessments and interim payment calculations.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Attend site inspections and project meetings as required.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years post‑graduation experience in quantity surveying, tendering and contract management, preferably with fit‑out projects.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime when needed.
