About the role
The Manager – Cybersecurity, Application Security leads governance, risk, compliance and protection activities across the assigned scope, ensuring Elm’s information assets and digital services are secure and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy and governance aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee risk assessments, validate threats, and drive risk treatment plans.
- Design, implement and monitor security controls to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Provide advisory support to embed security requirements into projects and services.
- Manage security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, governance, security operations or related areas.
