About the role
We are looking for a Manager to lead Data Analysis and Reporting for our mobility operations. In this role you will shape dashboards, KPIs and performance metrics that drive efficiency across multi‑modal transportation services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day mobility operations dashboards, ensuring accurate data representation and highlighting exceptions.
- Develop and implement operational dashboards aligned with the dynamic demands of the mobility industry.
- Identify trends and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency using dashboards or ad‑hoc reports.
- Oversee measurement and delivery of KPIs with mobility stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to exceed customer expectations through KPI‑driven performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to develop team talent.
- Foster a collaborative, results‑driven culture within mobility systems.
