Manager - Learning Design and Delivery

About the role

The Manager – Learning Design and Delivery leads the creation, development and delivery of learning programmes that align with Qiddiya’s business objectives. You will partner with subject‑matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, impact‑driven learning experiences for employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business‑based SMEs to define clear learning objectives, success measures and alignment with approved policies.
• Design, build and maintain learning content, curricula and pathways using the Sana Learning Experience Platform.
• Deliver a variety of learning solutions—including self‑led modules, facilitated workshops, inductions, bootcamps and live sessions—that foster foundational awareness, compliance and capability growth.
• Co‑facilitate learning workshops and ensure content balances rigor with creative, experiential methods.
• Uphold learning governance standards, maintain structured curricula and ensure all content is current, accessible and aligned with Qiddiya design principles.
• Leverage AI tools to create storyboards, modular content, gamified checkpoints, interactions and simulations.
• Design assessments, analyse feedback and performance data, and report learning impact to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience designing and developing learning programmes.
• Passion for learning innovation and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to partner with SMEs and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential design.
• Experience working within an organisational learning or development team.
