Manager Risk Management

About the role

The Risk Management Manager will lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational, financial, and organizational risks across Arabian Centres' portfolio. This role supports the development of strategic risk policies and ensures robust internal controls to protect the company's assets and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise risk identification and mitigation activities across operational, financial, and organizational domains.
• Assist in developing the annual business plan, KPIs, budget, and related policies for Portfolio and Asset Management.
• Help shape ACCL’s risk management strategy and define the target risk profile for strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Measure effectiveness of controls and recommend remedial actions.
• Identify all strategic, business, and operational risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor their execution.
• Maintain the risk register and coordinate risk mitigation with all departments.
• Support project risk assessments by allocating resources, identifying risks, and tracking mitigation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to audit risk management tools.
• Conduct risk and control self‑assessment processes.
• Prepare quarterly and annual risk reports for the Audit & Corporate Governance Committee and the Board of Directors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or management from a reputable university.
• 3‑6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic or corporate planning, preferably with a leading consultancy or conglomerate.
• Strong exposure to the KSA/GCC region and adjacent markets.
• Experience in real‑estate development, especially retail development and operations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem‑resolution abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
• Business‑level English (Arabic is a strong preference).
