Managing Director – Finance & Operations

About the role

FileCloud is seeking a Managing Director – Finance & Operations to lead its Saudi Arabian operations. The role requires 10+ years of progressive finance and personnel management experience, deep knowledge of statutory accounting and tax requirements, and the ability to act as the senior operational representative for the country and region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior finance lead for Saudi Arabia, overseeing country‑level financial management, controls and compliance.
• Maintain accounting books, general ledger and financial records in coordination with local accounting and tax advisors.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including trial balance, income statement and balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and management commentary.
• Partner with corporate consolidation and reporting teams to respond to audit, reporting and analysis requests.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash‑flow planning for the Saudi entity and monitor performance against budget.
• Ensure robust internal controls, approval matrices and financial governance aligned with global policies.
• Coordinate statutory and tax filings with local advisors to ensure timely compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and operations management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, tax regulations and internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to act as senior operational representative for a country or region.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
