About the role
The Managing Director will lead overall retail performance for a leading fashion retail group operating multiple international and regional brands across Saudi Arabia. This senior position oversees merchandising, operations, marketing and expansion strategy, with full P&L responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall retail performance across multiple fashion brands.
- Oversee merchandising, operations, marketing and expansion strategy.
- Drive profitability, brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Manage senior leadership teams and partner with brand principals.
- Hold full P&L responsibility and provide strategic influence.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi retail market dynamics.
- Proven commercial leadership and operational discipline.
- Experience managing multi‑brand portfolios.
