About the role

The Managing Director will lead overall retail performance for a leading fashion retail group operating multiple international and regional brands across Saudi Arabia. This senior position oversees merchandising, operations, marketing and expansion strategy, with full P&L responsibility.

Lead overall retail performance across multiple fashion brands.
Oversee merchandising, operations, marketing and expansion strategy.
Drive profitability, brand positioning and customer engagement.
Manage senior leadership teams and partner with brand principals.
Hold full P&L responsibility and provide strategic influence.

Required profile

Senior leadership experience in fashion or lifestyle retail.
Strong knowledge of Saudi retail market dynamics.
Proven commercial leadership and operational discipline.
Experience managing multi‑brand portfolios.
