About the role
The Marketing Associate will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive measurable revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Increase brand awareness through multi‑channel campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads meeting monthly targets.
- Improve conversion rates across landing pages.
- Deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Increase ROI through continuous optimisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of target audiences and positioning.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Google Analytics
- SEO/SEM
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Social media advertising platforms
- Email marketing and A/B testing
