Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics & Insights

About the role

NielsenIQ is seeking a Senior Manager for its Strategic Analytics & Insights team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering client‑centric consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions that drive top‑line growth and higher ROI for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, propose and manage ad‑hoc, survey‑based research projects aligned with client business needs.
• Design questionnaires, interview guides and oversee field staff briefing and training.
• Analyze data, draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as the primary liaison.
• Control project budgets and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in research, preferably within retail, marketing science or CRM.
• Proven track record in custom survey research, consumer insight or brand‑tracking projects.
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills in English.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management and client‑handling abilities.
