Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA will lead the growth of the Kings League brand across the Middle East and North Africa. Working closely with the global team, you will design and execute regional marketing, communications and fan‑engagement initiatives that boost brand awareness and community participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy across MENA, adapting global campaigns to local cultural nuances.
• Identify sports, entertainment and cultural partnership opportunities to maximise brand visibility.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital and live activations.
• Execute the regional PR and communications strategy, building relationships with media, creators, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Support media outreach, corporate communications, reputation management and crisis communications when required.
• Design and run fan‑engagement initiatives, coordinating local activations with creators, ambassadors, clubs and partners.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and external agencies, ensuring seamless cross‑functional execution.
• Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data and insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Background in sports, entertainment, media or gaming sectors.
• Experience working across MENA markets is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
