Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Marketing Executive you will support the hotel’s marketing strategy by creating compelling content, managing digital channels and ensuring consistent brand visibility. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to boost online presence and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all hotel social media accounts (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and publish engaging content according to a marketing calendar.
• Keep the hotel website and landing pages up‑to‑date with accurate information, promotions and visuals, and optimise SEO.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns for rooms, F&B, spa and events, and track performance metrics.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all materials and support the creation of flyers, menus, brochures, digital banners and presentations.
• Coordinate photoshoots, edit visual assets and organise content libraries for marketing use.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends and provide recommendations to improve positioning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and liaise with agencies, influencers and media as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Basic SEO knowledge and content optimisation.
• Experience with digital content creation and basic photo‑editing tools.
