Marketing Manager & Content Creator

About the role

Food House Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Manager & Content Creator to lead marketing initiatives across its diverse restaurant portfolio in Riyadh. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on content production to strengthen brand positioning, boost customer engagement and drive restaurant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and annual/monthly plans for multiple restaurant brands.
• Plan, execute and manage campaigns across digital, social, in‑store, promotional and seasonal channels.
• Create and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
• Produce high‑quality photo, video, short‑form and written content for digital platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate photography and videography sessions, providing creative direction and shot planning.
• Monitor digital performance, prepare reports and analyse KPIs to optimise marketing activities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and stay abreast of emerging trends in the Saudi F&B sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or content creation, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and campaign management.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management, operations teams and external partners.
• High level of attention to detail, creativity, initiative and professional integrity.
