About the role
Halwaa ALmassa is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of growth for its expanding Saudi brand. You will shape marketing strategy, lead a dedicated team, and create memorable customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and high‑impact campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets, run digital campaigns and continuously optimise ROI/ROAS.
- Enhance brand presence, oversee content creation and maintain creative excellence.
- Build and mentor an in‑house marketing team while managing external agencies and vendors.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven track record of scaling a brand or e‑commerce platform.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and strong brand‑building expertise.
- Leadership experience managing teams and marketing budgets.
