Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join KOON’s Riyadh office to support the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, aligning them with brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and compile insights.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest data‑driven adjustments.
• Support events, promotions, and initiatives that boost customer engagement and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and report on market, competitor and industry data.
• Experience supporting lead‑generation activities and aligning marketing with sales goals.
• Involvement in campaign planning, positioning and brand‑building efforts.
• Awareness of customer service needs and translating feedback into marketing actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
