Product Marketing Specialist – Consumer & OTC

About the role

The Marketing Specialist (Consumer & OTC business) will lead brand and category growth through consumer‑centric strategies, strong commercial execution, and impactful go‑to‑market plans. You will drive consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty while strengthening product positioning and delivering sustainable business results across retail, pharmacy and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand and product lifecycle management, including launches, renovations, pricing strategy and portfolio optimisation.
• Own and execute integrated go‑to‑market strategies across retail, pharmacy and e‑commerce to grow market share.
• Translate consumer and shopper insights into winning campaigns, activations and loyalty programmes.
• Drive category management initiatives such as assortment, shelf positioning, pricing architecture and promotional planning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimise brand positioning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory and digital) to ensure flawless execution.

Required profile

• Solid experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare or OTC marketing with a proven track record in brand or category management.
• Strong expertise in consumer acquisition, retention, loyalty building and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with category management, trade marketing and omnichannel execution across retail, pharmacy or e‑commerce.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with performance metrics, consumer insights and market data.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, based in Riyadh with knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel up to 30%.
