Matchday Officer

About the role

The Matchday Officer will ensure that every fixture at Al-Qadsiah Club runs smoothly, safely and in line with league and club standards. You will be the central point for coordinating stadium readiness, crowd management and stakeholder communication on match days.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational activities on matchdays, including stadium access, crowd flow and venue preparation.
• Conduct pre‑match inspections of the pitch, dressing rooms, media areas and spectator zones.
• Serve as liaison between club departments, security, medical staff, stewards and external service providers.
• Interact with referees, match commissioners, visiting teams and league officials.
• Support media and broadcast operations in partnership with the club’s media team.
• Implement safety and security plans, manage emergency procedures and report incidents.
• Brief, deploy and supervise matchday staff and volunteers.
• Prepare post‑match reports covering incidents, attendance and operational feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in matchday operations, stadium management or large‑scale events is an advantage.
• Familiarity with football competition regulations and matchday protocols.
