About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Soil Analysis Laboratory Manager based in Al Kharj. You will lead daily laboratory operations, ensure high‑quality testing, and support research and development initiatives that align with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all laboratory activities, including sample receipt, preparation, testing, and reporting.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee accurate results.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Guide R&D projects related to soil analysis and develop new testing methods.
• Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in soil analysis or a closely related field.
• Strong background in quality control practices and laboratory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Saudi and international standards for soil testing.
