About the role

The Pharmacy Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead pharmaceutical purchasing, supplier management and inventory optimisation across its network of pharmacies and medical complexes in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving profitability, reducing costs and ensuring product availability in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support growth and margin improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, rebates, contracts and payment terms.
• Optimise inventory levels, reduce expiries and improve stock turnover.
• Lead category‑management initiatives to boost sales and margins.
• Analyse supplier and product performance to make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with medical, finance, operations and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs and lead team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, preferably in pharmacy chains or healthcare organisations.
• Strong supplier network within Saudi Arabia and proven negotiation and cost‑optimisation track record.
• Advanced inventory‑management and demand‑forecasting expertise.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems and procurement platforms.
• Preferred: MBA in Finance, Supply Chain or Operations; experience in medical complexes or specialty clinics.
