Mechanical Supervisor – Air‑Cooled Chillers & Cooling Plants

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead Operations & Maintenance of air‑cooled chillers, district and temporary cooling plants across key projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring reliable performance, safety compliance, and efficient energy use of all cooling installations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily O&M activities and preventive maintenance programs for air‑cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, AHUs, FCUs and heat exchangers.
• Monitor system parameters such as pressure differentials, fluid temperatures and refrigerant levels to optimise energy efficiency.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and execute corrective actions for mechanical failures, compressor trips, pipe leaks and control valve issues.
• Plan, schedule and document weekly/monthly servicing tasks including coil cleaning, oil/filter replacement and electrical inspections.
• Supervise on‑site technicians and mechanics, enforcing PTW procedures, HSE guidelines and client safety standards.
• Maintain accurate daily operational logs, maintenance records, equipment health reports and spare‑parts inventory.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on O&M experience with air‑cooled chillers, district cooling or temporary/rental cooling plants.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama preferred.
