Medical Advisor – Oncology (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Advisor specializing in Oncology to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Riyadh. The role involves providing scientific and medical expertise, supporting clinical research, and acting as a bridge between internal teams and external key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep scientific and medical knowledge in oncology.
• Facilitate scientific exchange and provide accurate medical information to healthcare professionals.
• Deliver clinical presentations and respond to medical inquiries.
• Support patients and formulary access in line with global and local policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Regulatory teams on scientific issues.
• Provide internal medical and sales training as a subject‑matter expert.
• Assist with Investigator Initiated Studies and observational research, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Attend scientific meetings and prepare summaries, presentations or symposium materials.

Required profile

• Saudi national (due to Saudization).
• Medical degree (MD), PharmD or equivalent life‑science qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in Oncology Medical Affairs and strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare landscape.
