Medical Science Liaison – Hematology (Riyadh)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialized in Hematology to join its Innovative Medicine team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The MSL will act as a scientific bridge between the company and leading hematology specialists, focusing on multiple myeloma and related therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a network of key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers and scientific society board members in hematology.
• Provide high‑quality scientific information on Johnson & Johnson products, treatment trends and clinical studies on a peer‑to‑peer basis.
• Stay current with global and regional medical literature, clinical guidelines and emerging data in multiple myeloma.
• Facilitate evidence‑based discussions, support formulary decisions and contribute to the Medical Affairs plan.
• Represent the company at professional associations and scientific meetings in collaboration with Medical Advisors.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in hematology, oncology or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong scientific communication skills and ability to engage with senior healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a professional network.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of hematology and multiple myeloma.
• Understanding of clinical trial design and interpretation.
• Ability to convey complex scientific data clearly.
