Membership Manager – On‑Demand Retail

About the role

Keemart, Meituan’s overseas on‑demand retail arm, is building a fast‑growing membership program to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue. As Membership Manager you will design, launch and continuously improve a full‑stack membership offering that aligns with the company’s rapid‑delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the end‑to‑end membership program, including pricing, benefits, and value‑proposition positioning.
• Develop differentiated benefits such as delivery fee waivers, exclusive discounts, and other incentives while balancing cost efficiency.
• Create and optimise the conversion funnel from free trial onboarding to paid subscription.
• Monitor renewal, churn, and member LTV; devise retention, renewal incentive, and win‑back campaigns.
• Identify industry trends, social hotspots and marketing opportunities to expand the membership ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English for business communication and native Arabic speaker.
• Background in the internet or e‑commerce industry, preferably with experience in membership operations, integrated marketing, product operations or subsidy strategies.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities to influence cross‑functional teams.
• High learning agility, execution efficiency, resilience under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
