Merchandising Team Leader

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to oversee the presentation and performance of its SSFL product range in retail outlets across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with store partners, manage a team of merchandisers, and ensure that product displays drive sales and meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily call‑outs to assigned outlets and follow the journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products across all access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place POS materials next to SSFL displays and maintain planogram compliance.
• Rotate stock using FIFO, remove sub‑standard items, and keep shelves clean and fully stocked.
• Track competitive activity and report any deviations from agreed terms.
• Analyze sales data, recommend display adjustments or relocation, and drive team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant merchandising or retail experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team of merchandisers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms.
• Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration with store staff.
