Merchandising Team Leader – Retail Operations

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Merchandising Team Leader to drive sales performance of its SSFL product range across assigned outlets in Saudi Arabia. The role involves analysing sales data, adjusting in‑store displays, and leading a team of merchandisers to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Compare sales data for assigned products and propose corrective actions when performance is low.
• Visit designated OT outlets according to the daily journey plan and execute merchandising activities.
• Set up and maintain product displays, POS materials, and shelf arrangements following approved planograms.
• Rotate stock using the FIFO method and remove sub‑standard items.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked shelves and ensure all access points are merchandised correctly.
• Monitor competitive activity and report any deviations from agreed terms.
• Manage and coach the Merchandisers team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and recommend solutions.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations and follow a structured daily plan.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with store staff and internal teams.
