About the role

The company is seeking an Accountant specialized in website management and e‑marketing to support the finance team. The role focuses on accurate recording of financial transactions related to the marketing department, e‑commerce stores, and payment platforms, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions for the marketing department in the Onyx accounting system.
• Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and periodic reports, including data from the Salla e‑commerce platform.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts linked to marketing and e‑commerce activities.
• Assist with payment and collection processes involving Tabby, Tamara, and other payment systems.
• Organize, maintain, and archive financial documents after each transaction.
• Monitor e‑commerce stores and generate reports for Marketing and Finance departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and Saudi VAT regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation and perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior finance leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of general accounting experience.
• At least two years of experience in marketing finance, e‑commerce, and handling payment platforms such as Tabby and Tamara.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian VAT regulations.
• High accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Onyx accounting software (minimum two years of use).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms, specifically Salla.
• Familiarity with payment systems Tabby and Tamara.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Saudi VAT.
