Mid-level MEP Estimator – Mechanical & Electrical (2 openings)

About the role

The company is seeking two mid‑level MEP Estimators to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender submissions for mechanical and electrical building services projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works.
• Analyze drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Develop pricing build‑ups and cost breakdowns.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to support tender submissions under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• BSc or BEng/HNDE in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
• 9–11 years of post‑graduate experience in QS/Estimation on the contractor side.
• Demonstrable experience across both pre‑contract and post‑contract functions.
• Working knowledge of standard forms of contract such as JCT, NEC3/4, FIDIC or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CostX, Buildsoft and Bluebeam.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Candy Cost Estimation tool.

Additional requirements

• Immediate joining required.
• Candidate must reside in KSA and hold a valid iqama.
