RCM Process Officer

About the role

Join My Clinic as an RCM Process Officer to support revenue cycle management through financial and operational analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvement. You will help identify revenue leakage, analyze payer performance, and provide data‑driven insights to optimize revenue and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain RCM dashboards and periodic reports covering revenue, billing, collections, utilization, rejections, write‑offs and risk costs.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis by branch, payer, specialty, physician and customer to spot trends, gaps and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including collection trends, utilization, patient activity and financial impact.
• Identify revenue leakage, high‑risk utilization, technical rejections and write‑off drivers, and support corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Excel‑based analytical tools, dashboards and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, financial analysis or a related area.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Dashboard development and automation of reporting processes.
