About the role

Hail House Building Materials is looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales professional to be the face of the brand in its Riyadh showroom. You will greet customers, understand their project needs and guide them through a wide range of products including porcelain and ceramic tiles, adhesives and grouting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers and deliver a professional showroom experience.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products for their projects.
• Present and demonstrate product features, specifications and installation guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and answer questions about product performance.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is well‑organized.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Previous experience in showroom or retail sales preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials, tiles or interior finishes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple customers in a fast‑paced environment.
