MRP Specialist – Material Planning

About the role

NADEC is seeking an MRP Specialist to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time to support production. You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics and other Supply Chain stakeholders to plan, monitor and optimise material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop material requirements plans based on production schedules, forecasts and historical demand.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, excess, slow‑moving and obsolete items.
• Use MRP systems to forecast and plan material needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement to resolve shortages or delivery delays.
• Align material availability with production plans and adjust plans as schedules change.
• Analyse inventory, consumption, lead times and planning performance.
• Prepare material planning reports and track key planning KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Good understanding of MRP concepts and material requirements planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
